It’s been a little while since I’ve shown up in here properly, and I wanted to drop in and say hiya and I'm still alive!
The truth is, I’ve been busy behind the scenes with clients, collaborations and refining a few things… just doing what I often encourage others to do! (Recent 5 Star Review here)
During that time, I’ve made some quiet updates, including a new logo (courtesy of Sammy Peacock ) and refreshed section of the website. Nothing drastic, just a cleaner, more aligned version of where things are now with me.

Everything I’m doing continues to centre around helping people grow their business in a way that actually works for your life with more clarity, better structure and without the constant overwhelm.
A little story I want to share though for now is around my hypnotherapy work.
Did you know that the biggest factor of entrepreneurs not starting or growing their business is fear of failure.
I had a client recently who came to me as she was scared of failing if she grew. Failing in an area she has been in for 15 years.
She was talented, confident on the outside but masked a whole area of her life and once didn't put herself forward for a sports competition that she would have won hands down because someone had told her she wouldn't make it to the end - DON'T even get me started on that person!
She wanted to scale her business, fed up of playing small and wanted to get to the root cause of what was holding her back. We did and she moved. Moved in a way that felt right for her, nobody else. Nobody telling her to not be seen.
