ABOUT ME
I'm Hels, a wife, mum, businesswoman and often referred to as the accountability queen and have been in business for more than 25 years.
It all started on a greengrocers stall. I then took a giant leap, left my property management career, and opened a global joint venture business that turned over £6 million in 5 years. Oh, and I did this at the end of a recession…
Proud, hell yes. Successful, yes... Exhausted, even more so.
I was at that time, always saying yes to everything, suffering from extreme burnout (Think two major burnout episodes), and I hadn't even heard of the word self-care, let alone knowing where to go next or who to ask for support.
So what did I do? I hid. I just got on with things on my own.
Was I happy back then? Well, deep down, no. Having sold the shares for that business, I realised I could have been even more successful if I was able to admit I needed someone else to support me.
So here I am giving you what you need to get all that stuff out of your head and share your load with others!

I'm also a Master certified NLP coach and have worked with and featured with some of the following companies HSBC, NatWest, Metro, University of South Wales, Twins Trust, but funnily enough I don't feel comfortable in big corporates, in fact the complete opposite, the jargon just isn't me and I like the no BS kind of approach! Why such good value?

This will depend on YOU. If you are invested and committed, you will get the results you deserve. I don't have a magic wand. I have the tools, support, advice, and skills you need to move forward.

I want to offer this to those starting at a value-based rate, which means you are investing a good amount of money to decide to get stuff done. To put it into context, a 1-2-1 coaching package with me is around £3k, to work with me, so you're getting an absolute bargain!
